Family Session - Chris & Melissa - Part 1

I love photographing my family, especially my little niece and nephews. They are so much fun and they love posing for the camera. We headed down to Fraser's Grove Park and the light was perfect. I did a few regular family shots, and then let the kid’s run around. I also wanted a few original-looking shots and wandered around a bit, looking for something new and exciting. I came across a log hanging over the riverbank. My eyes lit up and I knew we had to use it. Little did I know my sister-in-law doesn't like sitting on logs hanging precariously over the riverbank. We convinced her that the shot would look great, so she climbed on out on the log. It was a great evening and I had a lot of fun.

Bison heading to the BIG smoke - Part 1

Saturday night the Bison were playing the University of Western Ontario. The Bison were off to a slow start and the game looked like it could go either way. Then Bison defense and special teams came up with two huge touchdowns in the first half. The game was still quite close at half time, but in the second half the Bison offense started to click and dominated the rest of the game. The final score was 52 - 20. With that win the Bison finish the season undefeated and head to Toronto to play for the Vanier Cup.

Manitoba Bison v.s. Saskatchewan Rams

The Bison continue their denominating season with a victory over the Rams. They are now one step closer to the Vanier Cup.

U of M Bison v.s. Calgary Dino's

I love sports, especially playoff football. So I could not pass up the opportunity to photograph the Canadian University Western Semi-Finals at Canad Inns Stadium. It was great weather for early November and the 8-0 Bison hammered the Dino's. The game was pretty much over at Half Time, and to add insult to injury the Bison’s finished the game with a huge quarterback sack. The final was 27-5 and the Bison are on to the Conference Finals.
