Vicki & Drew's wedding

It has been quite a long time since I last wrote something, but that doesn't mean it hasn't been busy. In fact it's been the opposite, which is probably why my blog has been suffering a little.

I was so glad to photograph Vicki and Drew's wedding over the Christmas break. Drew is my wife's cousin and I've really enjoyed getting to know them even better through the whole wedding process. Also, Meagan and I got married over the Christmas season, using some of the same locations, so it brought back a lot of great memories.

Both Vicki and Drew were very involved in planning every detail of their wedding, and it turned out stunningly. They were also a lot of fun to work with and we had developed a good comfort level together since we had already completed two separate e.Sessions earlier in the year. I love it when the couple feels so relaxed and at ease in front of the camera.

The weather was beautiful on the day and we had just gotten a fresh snowfall over Christmas, allowing for some wonderful shots. It was very special for Vicki and Drew to have some images done in front of the City Hall Christmas Tree, since the tree came from Vicki's grandparents. What a unique connection!

I really enjoyed the whole day, from start to finish, and Meagan and I are extremely happy for you both as you start out your new life together.
